What is a Helper? A Helper is a donated doll-related item sent to the Helper Coordinator,
to help off-set the cost of the Convention. It's also a fun way to win lots of very cool items!
Once you arrive at the Event, tickets are available to purchase. The purchaser of the tickets places
one into a container next to the Helper he/she wishes to win. One single name is drawn from the container!
A Helper could be fabric, clothes, dolls, accoutrements, magazines, books, craft items, etc.

Drawings to be held at the Event.

Having said the drawings would be held at the Event,
we do have one single exception to the rule!

This Bitty will be our representative for the Retreat. As time goes on,
she will be acquiring many items and souvenirs. At the retreat, this Bitty and
all of her souvenirs will be one of our Helper Items, and will go to a new home!

Even better, everyone has a chance to win her! You can purchase
helper tickets for this item only, even if you can't attend the retreat. Julie Old Crow
and Bobbi Lucky Ladybug will be more than happy to put them
into the bag for you. You do not need to be present to win.

All proceeds from our Bitty Hattie helper will be
divided equally between the Redwood Food Pantry
and the Stockbridge Library.
