This Robert Raikes Hitty Set was a special edition made for Dream Dolls Gallery & More. The taller Hitty is 6 1/2", and she is wearing her one piece undergarment, petticoat, pink dress & bonnet. The bodice and skirt are made from cotton and the skirt has netting sewn in layers. Her bonnet is white cotton embelished with a little pink rose.

The Itty Bitty Hitty's dress is made in the same fashion but her hat (up in the top of the case on the peg) is netting with lace trim and embelished with two pink roses made from satin ribbon. Bitty Hitty is about 3 3/4" tall.

The little quilt that is fitted permanently into the case on both the top and the bottom. The pink satin ribbon is there so you can tie the 6" Hitty in the case. The wood dresser in the right hand corner is simply a piece of 1/8" thick wood that is carved to look like a chest of drawers. Robert Raikes signed the case and the Itty Bitty Hitty.
